I am looking forward to the next checkup with the doctor on my cholesterol and triglycerides. Ever since my sweetie replaces white rice with brown rice and fiber rich carbohydrates such as pasta and wheat bread, I seem to be doing well in triglycerides and I can't wait to see my next report on cholesterol as I have high expectation from my daily dose of 3 to 4 servings of fruits, frequent breakfast with oatmeal, daily supplements with fish oil and garlic, and some exercise in the week.

The exercise part is not something to be proud of. I only manage to keep it infrequently like once and twice a week. But I am substituting gym visit with Ping Pong crush and occasional use of Jonathan's bike in the weekend. I need to do more. Jonathan, your 10 year old bike is still being used.

I have this photo sitting for about 2 months in my Fuji F30. Once I put some retouching in Picasa. The light blue sky comes out very pretty and unique. I wish to go back to that park next spring near Highway 84 and Ardenwood in Fremont.

Everyday when I come home from work, I thank God for the white house that we live in. My two kids love the home. And my wife and I love it as much as we do when we first saw it.

And the history goes similar to my white CRV. I never thought I would have a house in white color. White is not my favorite color. But my house and CRV are my two white beauties that I am grateful for.

I saw amazing color on my way home yesterday and I have my Fuji F30 in my backpack. That is the beauty of having a digital camera. Every single scene can be captured and it is matter of time to pause for a moment to enjoy the beauty around us even in a gas station.

iPhone is truely beautiful. My co-worker next cube has one and he gratefully lets me borrow it for few snapshots with Fuji F30 in macro mode and more pictures can be seen in my iPhone flickr photoset.

Fresh Choice is my family's favorite place for dinning out. We seldom go out for lunch or dinner these days. But when we dine out, that is the first place that comes to our minds.

Wesley and Benjamin love the yogurt. And Carmen loves everything and my favorite is simply the salad. We always feel good in leaving that place as we are all full and the price is so reasonable and we have no guilty feeling of over-spending. Pictures are taken with Pentax K100D with Pentax DA 18-55.

While hiking in Mission Peak of Fremont, we ran into a ranch with two friendly horses. My kids had so much fun feeding the lovely horses. Children are full of energy and laugh and I can see excitement in the pictures. Pictures taken with Pentax K100D and kit's len Pentax DA 18-55.

I love ping pong and I am fortunate to have found a group of fellow co-workers to play for a break and fun. Ping Pong is one of my passions. And I get my current paddle from pingpong.com and it comes with this little key chain that I have it with me in my Yahoo star.

And my favorite youtube table tennis match is this one between Wang Liqin and Ryu Seung Min in Germany. I play penholder style similar to Ryu and I like watching Ryu play with the number 1 seat in the world.

This is a park within walking distance from my home and I strolled along before seven in the morning. This is the unusual time that I wake up that early. But sometime the photography urge and not-having-enough-time will bring me to the scene. Somehow a early wake up call is what I need. Photos taken with K100D and kit's len.
