Hey Hin,
Awesome shots. My name is Daniel and I live in Perth, Australia. I got an F30 and was just wondering if you could give me some tips on how to use the camera. I take a lot of pics of my 18-month old son but they didnt always come out as good as yours. Any advice?
Hi Daniel,
Thank you for visiting and comment. It is difficult to take pictures with moving kids. I would suggest to experiment with Shutter priority and the preset mode for sport where the camera is set at faster shutter speed to capture motion.
Also I have a post for explaining f30 struggles and tips that I learn from others.
Hope this helps you.
Wow, amazing shots !!
They make me want to try photography myself!
Armand,
Thanks for the encouraging comment. I have joined your community and you have a new admirer today.
Warmest,
Hin
I really like these. They speak to me and the reflection of the bridge makes the photo more intense.
Thank you Teresa. The pictures you see are taken in my home country Macau. I went back to see my parents and siblings. Macau is a penisular and it has two islands and the bridge is newest one among the three bridges that connect the Macau main island to Taipa. And Macau is very popular in casino gambling which I have the least interest. Gambling makes Macau famous but I like the place for its own charms of East & West, lots of good food, well preserved historical places, and friendly people, myself included.
Hin,
Found your blog through Google, I'm an F30 owner myself so I appreciate how good these images are.
Keep up the good work.
Wonderful pictures!
Macau is such a wonderful place. Like they say in Portuguese, “não há outra mais leal” (there is no other more loyal).
