Cholesterol & Triglycerides

I am looking forward to the next checkup with the doctor on my cholesterol and triglycerides. Ever since my sweetie replaces white rice with brown rice and fiber rich carbohydrates such as pasta and wheat bread, I seem to be doing well in triglycerides and I can't wait to see my next report on cholesterol as I have high expectation from my daily dose of 3 to 4 servings of fruits, frequent breakfast with oatmeal, daily supplements with fish oil and garlic, and some exercise in the week.

The exercise part is not something to be proud of. I only manage to keep it infrequently like once and twice a week. But I am substituting gym visit with Ping Pong crush and occasional use of Jonathan's bike in the weekend. I need to do more. Jonathan, your 10 year old bike is still being used.
